I love the look.  I love the feel.  But you can't judge the new features and how they affect the game flow and play until we see human vs human matches.  I speculate it's going to take some getting use to and a lot of die hard veterans who are use to the way things worked before aren't going to adjust as easily, but I definitely think everything in the game is a step in the right direction.  The C&C RTS world needed a face lift for the modern age.  And this does show the team has not forgotten their roots even when undertaking this opportunity.

Tis nice, looks real pretty. I've only played the tutorial so far, but it looks really awesome. As for the gameplay i still think you dont get tos ee enough of the battlefield and that the giant selection box on the right really is gigantic...  but other than that it seems like a decent game so far. Just wish you could zoom out furthur >.<

They wanted to make sure you felt like a winner while playing the demo, so they forced you to be on the winning side.

It's a promotional demo - they want you to buy the real thing when it's out to experience the rest! I like it though, except they could have a bit more detail with the infantry.

I loved the detail to the soldiers. The way they made it is crazy, build one get three.

ogmomgomg, like i had 200 mammoth tanks and stuff and memory almost died and stuff but it was sooo cool since the game kinda played alright! I told all 200 to move at once and it fooked up a little and froze for a second, then it moved again!

(imageshacks turned into a nice site!!!)
all have lost quality so the actuall game looks even better!

NOD is pretty fucking awesome to mess around with, the warmechs, at least the double beam and beam/flame warmechs look pretty destructive, although I think they are probably pretty much  the same strength as mammies, and it looks like the ob can take out a mammoth in 4 shots just like in Renegade. Also the NOD basic defenses are pretty sick, you deploy a base object then you can deploy 3 separate turrets, although if the base dies all the turrets die. The nod also have an upgrade that can confuse units, they made several groups of my beam soldiers kill each other, 5k down the drain there. Something I liked about nod, is that one squad of their infantry, the shadows can detonate buildings, activate a glider to soar through the air indefinitely and their reg weapons are pretty sick as well. I suggest taking my route, and use an engineer to take over the nod MCV, un-deploy it and walk it to safety, I escorted it with 8 mammoths upgraded with rail guns

You can unlock Nod in skirmish mode by opening your Army dropdown list, holding N, then clicking on the Nod selection.

The different AI modes are also selectable in the same fasion (hold down the key for the first letter of the selection, then click on it). I can't say all of them work, but I tried a game against a medium turtle AI, and it seemed pretty content to chill in its bases with turrets and various units.

One live action trailer montage featuring Tricia Helfer, Josh Holloway, Joe Kucan, Michael Ironside, Jennifer Morrison, Billy Dee Williams, and Grace Park

That makes the video sounds promising. Gameplay looks pretty cool as well, will hopefully be able to download and play it soon.
