Yes you can hurt yourself, but if you have a c4 helmet would it avoid the headshot.

Thanks, that answers part of my question.  But is it considered an exploit/glitch and is it a kickable offense, or is it an ok thing to do (BCserv-wise) if you want to avoid sudden death?

...

And if I remember correctly if you put proxies on someones legs or arms they can't throw mines, they just stick to them?  Is that what you're getting from the self-damage bit, GodPower?

No I was referring to this:

what if u plant remote c4 onurself and healyourself
The same way you can do that, you can also aim any other weapon at yourself and therefor damage yourself with it by accident.

On another note, this is most likely going to be agianst the rules or something...If not i don't think your team would appreiciate you using up the mine limit anyways....

If you know how to mine, you should have, say, five left over out of the thirty, and a proxy or two would be freed up to use on a remaining character's head.

Tbfh, with the way they've shown it, they have used a shit load of mines, not to mention they said its hard to get it in the right place. I would call this an exploit, a pretty useless one in a sense. I would pollkick you.

Well to answer your question, yes it does get stuck to them; they can't throw.  My brother took a fraps of this today, I will request him to post even though it wasn't intended to go here.

toss remote c4 in air, have it land on your face, continue making c4 vest on yourself. At least that's how I did it a few years ago. It's easier to just have someone put c4 on your face.

As I recall, bullet will still go through the c4.

i'm usually the one doing sbh bombing, but you know when u select the "invisble" sbh and theres plenty of c4s? well i've seen sbh bombers get shot quite frequently once spotted, and is it possible that every time that sniper or w/e doesnt hit the c4s but sees them?

This would most likely be illegal, good idea though.

On another note, IIRC, you can put a RC4 on someone's face and they won't be able to see through it, if you do it right.  'Course, you'll probably be teampoll kicked in the nuts if you do it, but whatever.
