poll edited.

on my old 8MB card i'd get around 1-8 FPS in battles and 10-20 when there werent many people on screen.

on my new comp(32MB card) i get around 15-20 in battles and 20-30 staring at a wall.

My FPS never gets any higher than 60, unless I'm gameplay pending ... When playing in a big server, if I encounter alot of lag due to a hoard of players on my screen/in the area attacking all at the same time (best example is in a full game on fastc0nn4), I've seen my FPS drop to as low as 5-9, while my ping remains in the 120-130's ... That kind of puzzles me, but I've also seen my FPS stay the same while my ping spikes for a longer time than average...

For the most part I don't have any complaints with how my framerate manages itself ... Good hardware is indeed good hardware.
