i use flexbar and autobar. i have a "pets" button on my main toolbar (but on the second page) that brings up the pet summons shown in the picture. i have a similiar one for stones and tradeskills.

Oh man, I own.
I use Cosmos, because I can't be assed to find something else.  I have a bunch of crap on my mainbar that I use most of the time, second bar is mostly Tradeskills, with a few buttons for convenience.  Popbar just has some other crap on it that I use when I'm getting owned by the Alliance.

drag the combat tab out the other one.
