teamspeak/keyboard bindings

i don't know if you all have noticed, but there is now a teamspeak 2 server set up on the same computer that runs bcserv4. in order to get it, you need to go to teamspeak.org and download the 2.0.32.60 version of the client (not the server). once you've downloaded it, start the program, click the connection drop down box and select "quick connect." type in ts.black-cell.net in the server address box, and then whatever name you would like in the nickname box. leave the login name/password box empty unless you've registered on the server already (you have to be allowed to register). after that, click connect, and you should be connected.
i was told about channel change bindings by someone and i made a bcserv configuration. if you download it, put it into your main teamspeak directory, wherever it is (by default, it's \teamspeak2_rc2\). using the num pad, 1 switches you to bcserv1 channel, 3 switches you to bcserv3, 4 switches you to bcserv4, 5 switches you to the main channel, 7 allows you to whisper to the entire main channel, 8 allows you to whisper to the gdi bcserv4 channel, 9 allows you to whisper to the nod bcserv4 channel. bcserv2 currently isn't up but it can be added whenever it does go up. if you're in bcserv1, bcserv3 or bcserv4 channels, use the ctrl/alt + # keys to switch between the nod/gdi channels (if you're in the main channel, and you're on nod on bcserv4, you'd press num 4, then ctrl + 4, and you'd be in the nod channel. alt + # is for gdi). the 3 whisper keys are like extra push to talk keys. for example, if you're on nod in bcserv4 and you want to brag to gdi or wonder how they did something, whatever, you'd hold down 8 for whisper to gdi, say your message, then let go of the 8 key.

Yea I was messing around with key-bindings and set a few as well. I made it so I can change the input volume, cycle channels, and set yourself as away. Mine will work for pretty much any TS server you join. I should make a little tut on how to make your our key-bindings (even though it's not hard).

Good work louis

What I meant akiller is that the last post in this thread was 2 years ago, then spyder posted and would have bumped it to the top of the list of topics in a forum if it weren't already pinned, somthing that is frowned upon
