Compiling problem
« on: January 14, 2008, 02:50:22 AM »

Due to a school project I've re-taken up looking at the SSGM scripts. I tried adding a command
Code: [Select]
class HealChatCommand : public ChatCommandClass {
void Triggered(int ID, const TokenClass &Text, int ChatType) {
GameObject *obj = (Get_GameObj(ID));
Commands->Set_Health (obj, 200);
}
};
ChatCommandRegistrant<HealChatCommand> HealChatCommandReg("!heal",CHATTYPE_TEAM,0,GAMEMODE_AOW);
But when compiling I got this error

Quote
1>engine_io.obj : error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol __imp__RegQueryValueExA@24 referenced in function "unsigned int __cdecl Get_Registry_Int(char const *,int)" (?Get_Registry_Int@@YAIPBDH@Z)

1>engine_io.obj : error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol __imp__RegOpenKeyExA@20 referenced in function "unsigned int __cdecl Get_Registry_Int(char const *,int)" (?Get_Registry_Int@@YAIPBDH@Z)

Any thoughts on what might have caused this?

Got it figured out. Apparently Vista set the attributes of some files to non-read-only. I just had to make those files readable.
