It's easy to think that, but the first shooting the school considered to be an isolated domestic case. They didn't think that the rest of the students were in danger. Not to mention the school sent out the notification letters at like 9:26, second shooting was at 9:40. Not saying it wasn't a horrible thing that the school wasn't locked down, but be realistic plz.
I don't know why your saying be realistic, whats a notification letter going to do? most people didn't even read it in time i bet, if you listen to one of the students who talked she said they didn't read theirs untill they heard the first shoots of the second shooting.
Plus if i paid that much money to go to a school i would think they would be more safer.
