Just wondering if anyone has this game, i been interested in buying it but it seems no game stores sell it in Australia. Only place i can find is on Ebay for about $40 Australian.

Is it worth buying cause im a keen trekky

Well since no one has posted up a thread about bf2 in ages i thought i might.

My clan just reached 4th place for a bf2 competition involving the entire south pacific. Im rather chuffed.

Today the majority of Australian and British teamspeaks were hacked by some American guys. They jump on ur ts and automatically have admin and just ban everyone on the server and fuck up all the channels. Happened to my server as well and all 50 of my clan members were banned. So yeah these guys use ts viewer to see whos on each server and just alias a current users name. So be careful

General Discussion / Firefox crashing

Im having problems with firefox. lately it seems when im checking out some websites it just crashes back to desktop. Sometimes it freezes. It always asks me to restore session at the end and when i click on it, it doesn't actually restore what i was doing previously. My sister had a worse problem where firefox made her comp crash constantly. Hers was just repaired recently. THis is definitely a new problem as is coincidental that her and i are having similar problems with firefox. I have deleted it and reinstalled it and it still does the same thing. I think im going to have to revert back to IE, but only if this keeps happening.

so i pre ordered the game and i got it earlier than they expected for release in australia. so im one of the few noobs that has it now when the normal release date is in a few days.

GDI rocks.. absolutely rocks man. i havent tried nod or scrin yet but i have gotten pretty far in the single player mission.

the movies are top notch, the actors in the movies are great, story is good and the gameplay is fantastic.

Best tank is Mammy for sure :D:D:D

and the Ion cannon... well it looks so fucking cool and for once it blows up shitloads of buildings instead of just 1

Valve Games / Half Life 2 Death match compatible problems with Vista

My Gf just bought a new comp. has a GForce 7500e 1 gig of ram and is COre duo. It also has Windows VIsta on it. I noticed when installing HL2 on it that when i go into death match the game is all jittery. Like the guns shoot slowly and everything is kinda in slow motion. She had XP before with the same hardware basically and it was fine. So im assuming there is a problem with Vista and HL2.

can anyone help me out here, this is really annoying as this comp cost 1800 bux and i cant even play a game on it.

because i can only play late at night for me, usually early morning for US i dont see alot of ppl and usually have 1 on 1 games. So i played a few rounds and this guy (cant remember the noobs name) kept leaving and rejoining so he could play his fav maps. So the whole time im trying to play, the round ends and restarts... ends and restarts with new maps so he can fucking play the ones he liked. I told him to stop but he wouldnt.

And i still beat him

any one interested in it. It began today. The US is using the new F22 and the RAAF has sent over 6 F111's and 2 Hercules. This is going to be very very interesting. I lold tho cause all the RAAF pilots stated they are very jelous of the F22 pilots . For $160 million AUS i would be too.

General Discussion / sound problem

hi guys, just wondering if any of u can help me. i have a basic sound system. Just 2 speakers and a sub. anyway i have this problem where i cant get any sound out of the right speaker and i checked to see if the speaker was bust but its not cause i just swapped the ports for the speakers and i can get sound out of both of them. The problem is that the right port isnt giving me sound. I have tried everything i possibly can to fix it (software) wise, but i just cant do it. I know its a software issue cause my computer has done this to me before where it gives me sound on one side and not the other. Can anyone help me plz i dont know where else to look.

Its definately not hardware. Its something on my comp making it only have sound on one side.

Thoughts?
